Hey... I’ll definately help u out at this time of the midnight. Since when the child is suffering from diarrhoea??? Is the water content in the stool very high or has it lessened over the few days after the starting of treatement ??? Have u done any other tests???

If she is having klebseilla infection
Then
Better to get admitted. And give intravenous antibiotics for 3-4 days
Then shift to oral antibiotcs and get discharge once
Oral intake improved
Fever settles
