Hi. The need for dialysis is not decided on one particular creatinine value. It is a clinical decision after seeing the patient. Since the kidney functions are very borderline, pls meet a nephrologist to decide on the need for dialysis..... Dialysis initiated electively is better than dialysis initiation on an emergency
Next Steps
In the meanwhile, pls stick to the diet advised and medication

Hello.... Dialysis depends upon her symptoms...if she is totally fine then you can wait... But if she is feeling weak , appetite is less, she has breathing trouble she needs dialysis. This will be judged by the doctor who is seeing her Regards, Dr Kunal Gandhi Consultant Nephrologist
