I wuld lik to know if the baby is exclusively on breast feeding and is the baby gaining weight properly, you do not need to worry. If ur giving top milk i wuld want to knw the what type of milk is the baby being provided. And is the consistency of stool too watery or semisolid or hard.If its not watery and no dehydration we can wait and watch. Baby wil have tendency to mouth everything since she is going to have the teeth eruptions but we do not have to worry. Just maintain proper hygiene, and u can use pacifier if baby is too irritable and crieng all the time but with proper sterilization. U can discontinue econorm as there doesnt seem to be much role of it.
Next Steps
Make sure baby does not put anything in mouth from the surrounding.
Health Tips
If excess of mucus in stool or blood in stool then we would go for stool examination.
