Am recently diagnosed with Fistula (Anal) 02 months back on March-22, Doctor suggested me to do surgery. Last week i had observed small clot (lump) near the anal hole (Am attaching you image). Little worried avout that lump & I want to know what exactly is that lump ?
Also Is surgery really required for fistula ?

For Fistula in Ano , Best and only permanent treatment is Surgery and Still there is 2-5 percent chances of Recurrance after Surgery .
Better to get an MRI PELVIS done to know the Extent of the fistula . This is very important in any Fistuala case
