My son sometimes said about his chest pain so today i went for 2d Echo.. the report showing small PDA and BI-Cuspid.. is it bicuspid normal in children?? Is bicuspid a major issue or minor?? What is the treatment available for it.. please suggest what should i do now??

Bicuspid aortic valve is usually present from birth and It does not need treatment till the valve develops any block or leakage. He will need to follow up in future with echo tests and regular intervals. But for PDA he may need stenting or surgery currently..
