Centre chest pain ecg and 2d echo
Dear Doctors!! My mother 75 years is having centre chest pain since 25 days .she was prescribed last week met xl 12.5 and veloz d one every morning after checking ecg report but there is no difference in the pain. After checking the 2d echo today doctor advised  syrup Mucaine Mucaine and Sucrafil thrice a day for one month. She is also taking telmikind am 80/5half tablet and rosuless c 10 every night. Kindly advice if it takes that much timeas its more than a week . Attached is the 2d echo report CAN u please advise what is the cause of the pain please 🙏 Thank u 🙏

Her chest pain may be cardiac- need to find any gastrointestinal causes. Please explain about pain- duration, relieving factors, worsening causes. Does walking or food cause pain? Any sweating while pain?
