Vitamin D 7.3 ng/ml
Vitamin B12 180 pg/ml
Fructosamine 298 umol/L
Testosterone 82.47 ng/dL

1) Diabetes - please do fasting and post prandial blood sugar monitoring
2) iron deficiency anaemia- cause needs to be found out
3)VitaminB12 and folate deficiency—-this can in turn cause a high homocysteine levels
