Recent Investigationa done( within 1 year)- Cbc, thyroid, lipids, crp, abdomen n renal doppler, barium studies, ct head, carotid doppler, nerve conduction studies, chest xray, ecgs, echo
Old Investigations ( 2 year old)-- Calcium scan, ct chest, ct sinuses, endoscopy, TMT, spirometry, MRI spine
Only thing came out of all this is- small hiatus hernia, low vitamin D + B levels , nasal polyps and cervical RiB
Plz give diagnosis

If all the reports are normal except for low vitamin levels than you should rule out Anxiety neurosis
