Female, age 63, based on X-ray, doctor made diagnosis of COPD. Medicine going on for past 1 month.
Yesterday, patient went through HRCT scan.
Report Etiology:
1. Mild mosaic attenuation in bilateral lungs.
2. Mild bilateral apical pleural thickening.
3. Pleuro-parenchymal bands in left upper and lower lobe- s/o post infection sequalae.
What do these findings mean? Is this serious?
