Diagnosed with Diabetes after COVID
Hi I'm Joel. 31 yr male. I got covid in May and it's been one month. Doctors noticed there is a high level of sugar in my body. From past 2 weeks I am using tablets related to sugar. 1st week I gave my blood tests and the levels were 240,400 and 2nd week they were 180, 300. This means I'm near the border or I have diabetes. What food items can I have?

Hello Joel I believe you do have diabetes. Although I am unsure what type and what medication you are on. Dietary changes will help but with such levels you need to be on medication long term.
