Hello sir/madam, I am Male, age 23, weight 83, I have sedentary lifestyle, eaten lots of junk food from my childhood and I am food lover. I recently done cbp and my hemoglobin is 11 grams and Rbs 186. Due to low hemoglobin I didn't done HB A1C. After, I done fbs and ppbs. My FBS is in normal range. My PPBS is 196. Lipid profile is normal range. I also have anxiety symptoms. My queries are: 1. Am I diabetic or prediabetic? 2. If am prediabetic will it reverse if I change lifestyle completely? 3. Will low hemoglobin effect my sugar levels? 4. If I improve my hemoglobin will my sugar levels come down ? 5. Is any treatment required for this or diet and physical activity is enough ? please explain in detail to my questions which I asked and suggest me what to do. Am worrying because what's my age and what's going in my life. Please help...

You are a prediabetic you have to change your lifestyle dear food habits etc need gradual change to healthy food  yoga walking and asyou are young even aerobics and heavy exercise can be taken by you for half an hour cut down on sugars, potatoes and rice cut inbetween meals titbits try it for 3 weeks then get tested i think you will make it one important point that i will like to know is family history of diabetes.
