Hello sir/madam, I am Male, age 23, weight 83, I have sedentary lifestyle, eaten lots of junk food from my childhood and I am food lover. I recently done cbp and my hemoglobin is 11 grams and Rbs 186. Due to low hemoglobin I didn't done HB A1C. After, I done fbs and ppbs. My FBS is in normal range. My PPBS is 196.
Lipid profile is normal range. I also have anxiety symptoms.
My queries are:
1. Am I diabetic or prediabetic?
2. If am prediabetic will it reverse if I change lifestyle completely?
3. Will low hemoglobin effect my
sugar levels?
4. If I improve my hemoglobin will my sugar levels come down ?
5. Is any treatment required for this or diet and physical activity is enough ?
please explain in detail to my questions which I asked and suggest me what to do. Am worrying because what's my age and what's going in my life. Please help...
