Hi! It’s common to feel fatigued and low on energy when you are diabetic , mainly due to blood sugars going down. Please include a hand full of dry fruits, raw vegetables and also 3 litres of water everyday. You must make sure your sugar levels are stable and don’t shoot up or fall too much, as it can lead to other health issues. Avoid taking sweets and sugary snacks to feel energetic, these can increase your sugars and weight as well ! A detailed assessment is required to prescribe the right supplement and diet plan that suits you.
Next Steps
Consult on practo.com for further advice

You are slightly overweight, try to reduce weight by reducing total calorie intake per day. Carbohydrate content may be reduced esp refined carb. Include atleast 2 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of fruit per day. Proteins may be consumed. Or can go for some diabetic protein drink as midday snack like ensure powder. Exercise at least 45 minutes per day. Continue melmet and do check blood glucose profiles.
