Plz post the x-rays and you will be adviced properly. However your fracture must have been healed by now at your age group. Get the screws and the plate removal as well as soon as possible since you are already 15 months . The longer you wait the success of the operation diminishes due to bone overgrowth on the plate . You need atleast 8 to 12 weeks post op  light duties but can walk with support like crutch for initial 4 to 6 weeks

Wait at least 18 months. Remove it if your doctor suggest after looking at your fresh X-ray's.

Implant removal can be done one and a half to two years post surgery if the fracture has completely healed without any complications. The usual complications for any surgery apply to this as well, but the rate of complications is quite low. Time for recovery depends on the implant removed and how many holes it has left behind and where. It can approximately be one month
