We need to take medicine for Deworming once in 6 months as we leave in place like India.. All kinds of eggs and cysts are present in food ,raw veggies ,water and through feco-oral route it  also may be transmitted.. Its good to have deworming medicines once in 6 months ..

Not necessary  unless strong suspicion of worms based on relevant symptoms. Can take tab albendazole 400mg one after dinner with hot water or milk.  Can be repeated after 15 days.
