Me covid positive one month back on 27 April my report are negative however i am facing nasal deviated spetum, sinus issuras ent doctor advise me to take medication of azeflow nasal spray is it protective as it is steriod... ???

Nasal sprays are best used for treatment of allergic rhinitis.
They may not help much in cases of deviated nasal septum.
You can take steam inhalation daily for few days for nasal congestion and an antihistamine tab at night if required.
