Deviated Nasal Septum
After a accident in younger days 13 years  nose was hurt,after few years saw a regular yellow to green hard mucus,have to clean it 4-5 times a day and difficulty in breathing,pressure in upper part around eyes and front side of head, medication ls didn't work after seeing several doctors few of them recommend surgery,and some said it could be risk to eyes,as they water a lot,is it normal have these conditions or a healthy person should have white snot only ? Can dns stunt growth if severe ? If surgery is risky ? What would be cost of surgery and recovery time ? Thanks in advance.
