I want to detox my body Wich supplements I take at morning I eat lukewarm water then I soaked eat almonds walnut figs after 30 min I eat light breakfast like poha dosa roti then around 2 pm I take my lunch after that I take any fruit then I take dinner after tumeric cow milk please suggest me to detoxified my body

Hi Body has it own capacity to detox body when you don't eat junk food, refined food , cut down sugar,oily food Eat daily seasonal fruit, drink more water, take vegetable juices , lemon water without sugar, Take direct consultation through my practo account I need your more information like your medical history, etc.

Hi, There are natural agents like different vitamins, minerals and different biochemicals getting from food, act as antioxidants and help in detoxification of body. Drinking plenty amount of water and doing exercises help in detoxification. If your body get natural source of nutrients which help in detoxification there is no need of supplements.
