Symptoms are high fever - 105degree, body pains,loose motions,dry cough. Its been two days since tested and started the medication from today afternoon.today the temperature is around 100.and loose motions continues. Breathing is absolutely fine! Would you give suggestions for food intake and any medications

First thing is hydration (plenty). No medication should be taken for loose motion, only ORS is enough. Next is high protein healthy diet. Paracetamol if fever persists. Monitor oxygen saturation. Maintain social distancing, wear masks and wash your hands regularly. Consult if you are anxious or if the condition is not improving
