Dermatosis papulosis nigra is a benign skin condition characterized by small pigmented papules mainly over face and neck. It can sometimes present on trunk as well. Electrodessication I.e. removal by cautery is the treatment of choice. This is sometimes associated with Obesity, Diabetes mellitus and can be familial. If there is underlying disorder like obesity, try to take measures for that. There is nothing specific which can be done besides this.
Next Steps
To removal you can contact nearby dermatologist, as there are no topicals to use at home.
