Hello. Lip augmentation can be done with fillers. If you got them earlier and now dont want its effect then fillers can be dissolved by a simple injection. But if you want reduction of original volume, then you need to consult a plastic surgeon.

Hello dear. Non surgical lip augmentation can still be done but reduction is not possible. You will need to see a plastic surgeon.
