Dear Doctor ,
Skin on my hands and back side of the neck is looking very black which is exposed to sun,so please help me to get rid of this and suggest me best sunscreen lotion with spf above 50,best soap which is enriched with kojic acid and vitamin c for dry skin.

Soap is not any treatment. This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, inner thighs or groin, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
