Im 21 old female i have facial hair .. i saw a tool for repairing dead skin cells and so on on a blogger page .. and i studied more about this tool wgich is derma roller it says i stimulates the hair grwth on head but i didnt get any perfect answer to whether can i use i on my face will my facial hair stop growing or will it grow excessly
