I get periods of restlessness, and am in a constant state of hopelessness. I have difficulty differentiating between feelings of sadness and happiness. I'm struggling to simply not break down because of my thoughts. There are times (social settings) where everything seems to do a 180 and I can't tell if anything is real, I feel like a crazy person when talking to people. When put under some social situations I become paranoid and question if anything is real.
