Depressive first pregnancy
Hi I'm 27 years old woman living happily with my family and husband. I'm 6-7 weeks pregnant and taking iron sulfate and folic acid for this. But from last couple of days i don't feel like eating, sometimes I'm starving don't want to eat anything actually don't like anything and feeling so depressed , wanna go away from everything. Everyone in my family loves me but i don't understand whats going on with my body. So depressed and lonely.

Hi dear thanks for query.. I do understand your situation, normally this time we won't feel like to eat even our favorite foods, and more over every woman will face fluctuation in emotions and lacks coping ability.. It can be a two or three spoons try to have anything you feel to eat, try to have some juices.. Read books or tread works, crafts, painting or anything you feel emotionally better. As this phase is important for the fetus to grow healthy try to work out in any of the areas you have difficulty. You can take experts help. Some times previous baggage of emotional distress might effect you now. Think about it. Take care. Stay confidence.
