I think it was a wise response to your question.
Most of the services are charged yes some doctor out of goodwill will provide treatment but it may result in poor follow up.
When it's expensive government facilities work. Nobody can diagnose and treat a full condition specially a suicidal one in just one go. It wl take lot of months.
