Hello!
Depression is an emotional reaction to underlying problems. It can be accompanied by various emotions, including anger.
It's great that you're willing to take therapy. You can visit a psychotherapist/NLP practitioner for the same.
Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Appreciate you for take non medicinal treatment plan to address your depression. Depression is a emotional disturbance or imbalance issues. So feelings like anger, frustration, sadness etc are bound to surface very often. The success of recovery lies is how you handle and manage it.
Would still advise you to consult a Psychologist to openly discuss and clear all your doubts along with suitable psychotherapy suggestions.
In addition, be preventive to handle such stress. Start yoga or breathing excersise, few lifestyle changes, self therapies etc to keep your mental health strong. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
