Thank u so much for all the replies..I just googled about anti depressent it say tab causes lot of isde effects and it will also have withdrawal symptoms, so im worried . Doctor told i have moderate depression. Im planning for go for theraphies. From past two days im feeling better m trying to be like normal before. Do we get angry during depression for small things ?

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Appreciate you for take non medicinal treatment plan to address your depression. Depression is a  emotional disturbance or imbalance issues. So feelings like anger, frustration, sadness etc are bound to surface very often. The success of recovery lies is how you handle and manage it. Would still advise you to consult a Psychologist to openly discuss and clear all your doubts along with suitable psychotherapy suggestions. In addition, be preventive to handle such stress. Start yoga or breathing excersise, few lifestyle changes, self therapies etc to keep your mental health strong. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
