Taking antidepressants Vilarest 40 (half in the morning) after Tea and vinsure (half in the afternoon). Early morning feel tired when I am getting up. have been taking Antidepressants for past six months

Hello...... Usually antidepressant have mild sedative effect.. Lack of sleep or altered sleep pattern could cause this weakness.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning,...consult your doc...
