Suffering from depression since 3 ND half yrs nd in meds since then want to come out of it nd stop medicine soon feeling v lethargic whole day and Hv exams overhead

U can't stop medication on Ur own...Needs doctor advice.and antidepressants sudden stoppage may lead to withdrawal symptoms.so better re-start the medicines and need to gradually taper it
