What you are experiencing must be quite overwhelming. Find a medium of release to ease your mind. Consulting a counsellor may be a but daunting at first, unless you look at it as a health/medical expense or issue. The mental aspect is just important as the physical.
Next Steps
Write down briefly, what you're experiencing and monitor your feelings for a few days. Bring this to a psychologist or therapist you feel comfortable talking to.
Health Tips
You may also call certain helplines with trained listeners and/or counsellors who are able to empathize with you and help you through this issue. Example : Samaritans, Aasra to name a few.
