Dear doctors I have been taking medication from a doctor (psychiatry) since two years Prescription -Desvenlafaxine and Mirtazapine I feel most of time almost all the time depressive and having very bad mood . I am taking medicines since long time but it is not effective enough Is there any other medicine which can help me to relieve Please give advise only experienced Doctor who can help me to relieve my problem and to whom I can reach and contact. ...thnk

What dose of descenlafaxine and mirtaz? Yes there are other class of medicine and other techniques like rTMS which can be considered if theres no improvement.

Why arent you better already? Are  you taking medicine intermittently? Talk to a mental health professional Consult me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
