The treatment you are following will give you relief but temporary. Allopathy may not help you in long term . You need to take homeopathy for your condition to remove the root of the problem from your life . It will be better to change your line of action of treatment.
Next Steps
The medicines will cause more side effects than help to you. Do the change before you get addicted.

Hello,
If you are taking Lexapro at night it can be shifted to day as Lexapro in few people can cause insomnia. As you have initially shown good response with lexapro its better to increase the dosage of Lexapro to maximum tolerable dosage. Medication need to be continued for appropriate period. Try convincing your parents, make them understand the need of medication and how much it helped. Consult your psychiatrist to educate your parents about illness and need for treatment. Best wishes.
Consult ur psychiatrist if any problems occur after starting medication. Change of medicine or chnge of dose may required.

Medication takes time to show it's effect. Please have some patience.
I would suggest you to start with therapy along with medication.
Consult a Clinical Psychologist for therapy.
Antidepressant takes its time to act. Effect is seen in a week or two , not immediately. Lexapro ( escitalopram) 5 mg is a small dose, it needs to be increased . At times taking lexapro in the night can cause insomnia. If you are taking in the night, shift to morning dose.

Please discuss the above suggestions with your treating psychiatrist
