Depression n anxiety
Hi Dr. I have been dygnosed with depression n perform anxiety for which I am under medication from 3months. Still I feeling some panic attack or get tension or nervousness in office, not good sleep, I will be most of time will serious n seriously talking to people. People say I don't smile n speak to people are not up to the mark. I am also doing additional course. When I started attending the class on weekend, I start getting headache.
