Anxiety with sweat dry mouth n palpitate
I am facing anxiety problem since 2 month and feel palpitations and sweat a lot with dry mouth and feel like I am going to die.. I consulted cardiology and did EEG and all tests and they said no problem in heart.. please suggest me how to overcome from this disease

Hello there, Need not worry, it's a very common sign of dehydration and Deficiency of few micro nutrients. Pathological findings are reinforcing the case. Please start taking 3-4 litres. If feasible, have a green juice detox diet for a fortnight.
