  4. Depression. Suggest me what should i do.

My wife is 24 she gets really angry without reasons and start physical fights n after she harm herself.she doesn't believe her mistake n guilt she always try to convince family that she is right after telling lies it's really for no perfect reason.she compares with everyone and if it's not fulfilled she starts the same.please suggest me what should I do.
