My uncle has been in depression for a long time and now he doesn't wants to live anymore. Due to this attitude of him neither his health condition is improving nor his mental condition.

He needs to be put on meds to improve his mental state. If he is already on treatment, he requires change of prescription as d present is not helping. An admission in d hospital n ECT will bring lot of change. Consult a psychiatrist in person
