I can understand how it must feel to want to replicate your first relationship. However, keeping expectations for the same thing to happen won’t really help. You never know if you find something more fruitful in your life in the future. So be patient. As far as steer is concerned, chalk out your life goals with the help of a psychologist and try to recreate your life the way you desire. You symptoms are mostly indicative of depression, so please consult a psychologist for an evaluation and get the help required.

It seems like you are living in the past. You have idealized your first girl-friend and are comparing the one who you lost with the ones who came in your life thereafter. By doing such comparison, it is not fair for the girls that followed. Also, every person is different and they need to be independently evaluated as they are not a replacement for your past love. Its clear that your attitude needs to be reset to explore life in the present. I suggest, first build your broken self-worth by pursuing a career, study or doing some constructive activity for 6 months. By doing this, your life will get into a rhythm. Ask yourself, 'why should a girl be interested in you?' Love is just not receiving, it is also giving & building each other's lives together. Therefore I suggest, pursue a career/study first along with good sleep, food and recreation need to be set in balance so that a mature attitude results in your approach to life and above all companionship selection. Best wishes, Stay Positive Minded!
