Depression
My mom died last September 3. The first few weeks of her death, I felt numb, empty. As if I'm not feeling anything. Sure there were tears, but I haven't cried my heart out since then. There were days where I feel incredibly okay. To my surprise, I am doing my daily tasks like everything is normal. But I know I'm not okay. But why is my mind and body telling me otherwise?
