Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand the pain of losing dear one. It takes time to accept the loss and adjust with reality. You may be still in the transition phase. For few people this phase will long, due to lack of focus on other priorities in life.
Best way to move out of this depression is by accepting the loss than trying to forget it. More and more you try to forget, the memories will keep increasing. I know it's easier said than done.But surely you can overcome this with a professional counselling help.
