I started taking 10mg lexapro on Friday the 7th and my anxiety skyrocketed the next day. And then by yesterday I was just numb had no emotions and I kepted spacing out really bad and I just didn't care about anything. Was it okay to quit it today? I feel really down and weak and dizzy.

The tablet you are taking needs about 15 days to show improvement. The anxiety could be because you are probably anxious about the treatment.
however if you are not comfortable with the tablet please go to your psychiatrist and talk to Her/Him and get it changed.
