I've been feeling sad lately more than the usual, I tend to daydream a lot more than I used to and now it's affecting my daily life, I've barely got a social life aside from work. My room is messy and usually I like everything order but I have no desire to clean I rather stay all day watching shows. And I don't enjoy taking care of myself how I used to. I cry more often about my life. I know that I feel depress but I can't concentrate to get myself better for some reason.
