Hi, coping with a loss of loved one can be difficult and it also takes time to get over it. It's OK to grieve for a while as you need to vent it out than suppress it. However, you also need to start connecting by entering the normal stream of life and occupy yourself in activities which will keep you involved and happy. You will have to force yourself to be around close ones and get into activities which will also prove to be productive not just entertaining. If you continue to grieve then visit a counselor near you.
