Hello Girl. Good morning. Your age is too small to bear all these emotional turmoil bcoz it is still the stage of ur physical, mental & emotional growth. Falling in love and having a relationship is absolutely good , atleast you tried to share ur space & understand the dynamic of any relationship in this age. I believe ur friend also enjoyed every moment with you and every moment was true. But now , everything has become past & this is the new truth that u must accept and live with. Listen, life is all about " Experience " ,it can be good, bad , happy, sorrow, anger, calm . But one thing is sure that experience is short term and transient. Your experience of betrayal, sorrowness, anger, sleepiness night all are short term , Gradually with passage of time you will have ur new experience of ,Moving on , careless attitude, feeling of freedom & giving attention to other people in ur life . This is beauty of life. When it becomes problem?? It becomes problem, when your Mood, emotions, behaviour ,self esteem, confidence, concentration ,sleep ,appetite are getting disrupted for so long and surpasses the accepted duration of any spontaneous / normal grief or mourn.
Next Steps
Discuss the above issues with parent or siblings or any other significant family member. If ,still you feel the relieved after discussing with family members then consult Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist to assess the degree of ur mood , emotions & behaviour affected by ur break up. Allow Psychiatrist to assess ur personality, relationship dynamic & other psychosocial stressors. If, required any therapy or Medicines or both can be started.
Health Tips
First of all ,try to do excercise or meditation in morning for atleast 20 mins. Indulge urself into any recreational activities or hobbies. Invest quality of time with ur day, friends. Start thinking and counting all positive things that happened to you in past and in day to day life. Don't have guilt for anything in ur mind. Pls , avoid all negative circumstances, condition, person, activities that disrupt ur mood and emotions. Take a adeqate sleep for 8 to 9 hrs not more than or less of it. * Life is to Explore, Experience, Express & Enjoy * Take care.               ** Have a safe & peaceful day **
