Depression
I'm sad all the time. I cry for no reason. I'm closing myself off more than normal. I don't find happiness in things that I normally enjoy - dance, music, reading. Everything seems pointless and I can't seem to bring myself to care enough. I'm always stressed. I think too much about what hasn't worked for me, and this is affecting my confidence personally and professionally. I don't want to let people in. I'm tired and rundown all the time.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
