Hello,
The complaints mentioned by you here are quite brief for me to provide any specific suggestion. However it is apparent that you have a decreased interest in all activities. You have tried some self help, but without much success. Hence the next few steps may be useful for you..
A. Eat healthy and maintain a healthy diet.
B. Try to have a regular routine and have some exercise or walk daily.
C. Talk to your family and friends about anything that is bothering you.
D. Engage in a hobby or some pursuits of your choice.
E. Meet a psychiatrist or a psychologist near you for comprehensive assessment.
F. Do not engage in self medication like nicotine/alcohol etc.
A psychiatrist can assess your medical and psychological health after a comprehensive assessment, and can help you get out of these issues. A psychological intervention and /or medication can help you get back to your usual health.
Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future..

Hi. From what you have mentioned, it seems that you have a lot of unresolved conflicts and you have taken up unhealthy coping skills in form of eating, shopping and drinking. The problem is that these coping skills is only going to add to your problems rather than helping you overcome them. The best way forward will be to seek a psychiatric consultation and get yourself evaluated completely. Accordingly treatment can be initiated in form of medications and psychotherapy.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation.
