Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . The symptoms need to be assessed , it is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an overall evaluation and better understanding of your case through which a treatment plan can be formulated. In the meanwhile for better sleep you can practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis , avoid heavy meals at night , take a warm shower and have a relaxing tea before going to bed , avoid doing any work on your bed and limit your phone time at night. Try and go to sleep at the same time . You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
Health Tips
practice better sleep hygiene , engage in various activities to keep yourself occupied , try and talk to a close family member or friend
