I just want to talk to a professional to see if i have bipolar disorder cause i have a lot of issues regarding my mental health i feel depressed mostly half the time i have stopped smiling laughing or enjoying anything i have varied of mood swings in an instant it has ruined a lot for me and put me back to my bad habits of drinking and smoking i need help before i lose more of my mind
