You seem to be going through a tough time. What you are going through is because of the depression which causes a person to feel helpless, hopeless and worthless. To break the negative and overthinking pattern, think in detail about the happiest moments of your life, how you felt and what they mean to you. Do this exercise every day at least 3 times. It will slowly make you feel happier, calmer, confident and in control. Do remember that this exercise is not a complete solution to overcome/manage depression. There's more that can be done.
