Depression
I have been going through severe depression. Memories of past haunts me. Always feel like to cry badly, lock myself in a room, don't feel like to live anymore. List of things happened in life. I am hopeless, lifeless and worthless. I am stuck in between. I can neither live nor die. Became short tempered. Whenever I am sad, feels like to break everything in the house and die. Used to cry almost daily. Headache most of the time. Don't want to talk to anyone. Feels irritated if someone calls me. Just have one thought in mind, when will I die as a natural death. Why don't I met with an accident and die on the spot. Please help, I don't know what's happening with me.

Hello, Your description here is suggestive of a ongoing depressive episode. I think you have also figured out that this is a depression that is bothering you. I would like to emphasize that depression is a illness, very much like all the other illnesses like diabetes, fever, etc. Hence very much like us seeking a physician for our health, you must seek a doctor of mind to help you get better. Hence my suggestion and recommendation for you is to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and management. Depression is a common mental health disorder, and can be helped with proper guidance and treatment. Depression or any other mental health ailment is essentially a Bio-psycho-social disorder which means that in causation, risk, as well as management of such problems all three biological, psychological, and social factors need to be paid attention to. Please be well assured that your condition can be helped with proper guidance and treatment. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future. Regards Delhi Mind Clinic
