Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

I get how it must feel to experience such a low state that you have considered suicide. First of all, if you’ve been diagnosed, then you need to start treatment: psychiatric as well as psychotherapy. If not treated, it keeps getting worse and eventually leads to a severe form of mental disorder.
Second of all, your anger towards people is quite evident. However, have you ever wondered if this anger is actually towards yourself that is being directed towards others? Anger usually has its roots in sadness or anxiety. Work on that and you will feel more forgiving towards yourself and others.
