I understand that you feel hurt and betrayed by the people in your life, especially due to the past pain and hurt you’ve experienced in life and feel sad most of the time. This must be very painful for you to experience and challenging as well. Your primary relationship with your husband needs to be explored, along with your self-esteem.
Counseling sessions can help you understand and overcome the problems that you have been facing by teaching you healthy coping strategies. I would also recommend that you speak to a Psychiatrist and see if medication is necessary.
Your issues are resolvable and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Next Steps
1. Consult a psychiatrist to see if you need medication to feel better and improve your mood.
2. Consult a psychologist to explore your issues in therapy.
